    Load vs. Deflection

    Vibration dampening pads, also known as Distributed Isolation Material (DIM) pads, isolate vibration and cushion shock between machinery and the floor. They also act as an anti-skid pad and will not mar surfaces.

    We have a variety of mounts in stock to meet a wide range of applications. A fully qualified engineering team is available to assist you in preparing custom vibration and shock isolation solutions to address your specific operational requirements.

    Compression/Shear Leveling Mounts are recommended specifically for applications having both compression and shear loads. Precision fitted Neoprene insert provides maximum dampening of shock and shear forces.

    Concentric rings on the base of the insert firmly anchor the machine to the floor, preventing creeping or walking.

    Type VS mounts are designed for installation of almost all workshop machines such as lathes, milling machines, punch presses, printing machinery, shears, brakes, injection molding machines, grinders and similar equipment.
